TO
LAUNCH REVOLUTIONARY BUSINESS IDEA

SUNDAY, AUGUST 26TH, 2012.
Edmonton – August 15th, 2012 - Miss Maryana’s Parties, a unique children’s party
entertainment business in Edmonton, will celebrate their unveiling at an official launch party on
Sunday, August 26th, 2012. The business, the first in its kind in Edmonton, provides fun and
exciting entertainment for children’s parties while children are engaged and learning. The launch
party will host some 60+ guests and will be every child’s dream party: face painting, jumpy
castles, zip lines, live music, a candy bar and of snacks and refreshments.
Noticing a gap in the availability of engaging children’s entertainment party options in the greater
Edmonton area, Miss Maryana’s Parties was created to fill the need of so many parents and
event organizers looking for a fun way to add variety and substance to children’s parties. “I am
really excited about this new business venture because it really is the first of its kind here in
Edmonton. I am able to use my knowledge and experience in children’s early education to offer
great educational and entertaining sessions.” says owner and lead host Maryana Harasemljuk.
The owner and entrepreneur, Maryana Harasemljuk (Miss Maryana), is herself a teacher in Early
Learning and is currently working on her Masters of Education in Early Learning. She very
recently travelled to South America to volunteer her time and talents to a small after-school care
facility in a small town in Peru. The experience has left her more determined to help brighten
children’s lives through her teaching and new business venture.

greater Edmonton area. The various arts and crafts, culinary and science sessions offered
explore the different senses through hands-on fun. Programs are tailored towards children
