Description
Cement based, in particular particle size filler, one-component and ceramic tiles adhesive
containing chemical additives to enhance product performance and processability
USING PLACES
-For adhesion of the coating materials such as granite tile, natural granite, large format ceramic
tiles, porcelain tiles, terracotta, clinker.

workplaces...
-For the implementation in interior places on floors and walls, in the outdoor places on the
ground,

APPLICATIONS
Surface Preparation
Application surface should be solid, carrier, clean. Besides horizontal and vertical scales should
be considered to be balanced.
The surface should be thoroughly cleaned of all kinds of oil and wax residue.
The surface temperature above +25 ° C, the surface should be dampened
Mixture
25 kg. powder mortar must be poured slowly into 6,5-7 liters of water (A low-speed mixer is
recommended to use for the mixture).
Mortar should be rested for 5-10 minutes to mature and before starting the application, it should
be mixed again.
Application Method
borfleks, to the area that can be covered within 30 minutes, with the toothed side of the trowel so
as to obtain uniform thickness is pulled in one direction.
To paste different thickness of ceramics or to close the application surface disturbances, the
bottom of each ceramic is suggested to apply a little bit more mortar.
While the ceramics is being placed, to touch completely to the adhesive mortar, ceramics are
floated in the mortar.
The application is completed by leaving at least 3 mm. grout joints.
To fill the grout joints, Borfleks joint filler should be used.
IMPORTANT INFORMATION
-Work environment should be heated, in case the working ground temperature is below +5°C
-In the first 24 hours of the outer surface applications, protection is required from direct sunlight,
wind, rain and frost
- Mixture should be prepared according to amount of work time. Or after mixture has finished
fully, break should be given.
-If the surface's water absorption rate is too high, x 71 flek adhesive must be used absolutely.
