MARKING GRID – GER102 SPEAKING TEST
Based on the European A1 Grid of Level
The student can communicate in a simple manner, but the interlocutor may need to
repeat or reformulate his sentences more slowly or help by prompting.
The student is able to ask and answer simple questions in areas of immediate need
or on very familiar topics.
For example, the student is able to introduce himself and present someone else; he
can greet someone and take his leave; he can speak in a simple way about people
he knows (family and friends) and ask questions about the identity of someone else;
he can exchange telephone numbers and email addresses, say where he lives and
talk about his occupation and hobbies. He can also tell the time and describe his
daily activities.

Excellent ability to fulfill all the communication
functions described above. Does not require
prompting, takes the initiative several times
and uses the language very confidently.
