CONDITIONS of ENTRY: These horse trials will be run according to the rules of British Eventing, except where varied below and the making of an entry constitutes acceptance of those rules. RULES: ***Pre Novice & Intro sections, all Horses to be a minimum 137cms, 5 years old & above. ***Pre Intro sections, all Horses to be a minimum 137cms, 4 years old and above. Riders must attain the age of 12 years in 2015. Points won in B.E. Events will not apply. Hard hats must be worn with BSEN 1384 (minimum) but the recommended one is the superior PAS015. Body protectors must be worn when competing in the cross country phase. Hats must be tagged for all three phases. Competitors must wear medical arm bands. Any horse or pony, which is considered by a Judge or the Organisers to be unsound, unfit or unhealthy, will be excluded from further competition without any refund of entry fee. ATV (quad bikes) and motor-bikes are not permitted at Heath Farm, unless specifically authorised by the Organisers. All dogs must be kept on leads. Paper numbers will be used, so each rider will require a bib to display the number. Bibs will be on sale at the event. Abandonment: In the event of abandonment £5.00 will be retained from each entry. DRESSAGE : Dressage tests are the British Eventing tests which are available from www.britisheventing.co.uk/downloads COURSE WALKING: The XC Course will be open for walking from Friday 24th April at 2pm SJ Course Designer Mr Johnray Farrell XC Course Designer Mr Rupert Harvie OBJECTIONS: Objections must be made in writing to the Secretary within half an hour of the incident together with a £50 deposit. The deposit will be forfeited if the objection is not sustained. After this the score cannot be changed.
