The cost for the pilgrimage is $ 3832. 00 per person (double occupancy). A
deposit of $1550.00 per person or full payment is required when a
reservation is made (reservations must be received by 12/15/2012). Full
payment must be made by 2/11/2013. Payment is accepted by credit card
or check.
The above quote includes airfare at a cost of $1550.00 per person. All prices
quoted are subject to change if airlines or ground operators increase their
prices, the U.S. dollar is devalued significantly against foreign currencies, the
group falls below minimum numbers, or a fuel surcharge, government tax or
user’s fee is imposed. Baggage and personal effects are the sole
responsibility of the owners at all times.
The pilgrimage includes ground transportation and accommodations in twinbedded rooms. Single room occupancy is available for a supplemental cost of
$535.00. If you do not register with a pre-identified roommate, every effort
will be made to identify a roommate for you. If you are notified that a
roommate is not available, you will need to pay the single supplement with
your final payment.
Pilgrims will have the option, subject to hotel availability, to spend the night of
May 4 in Jerusalem, independent of the group. This option is available for an
additional cost of $120.00 per person based on double occupancy.
Breakfast, lunch and dinner are included daily.
Transport
All transfers are included for pick up at airport in Jordan and departure to US,
as well as porter service at hotels. A deluxe air-conditioned bus is provided
for all tours and transfers.
Sightseeing
Full sightseeing with entrance fees is included for items on itinerary unless
otherwise indicated. A licensed, multilingual Christian guide will accompany
the pilgrimage from arrival until departure.
Taxes
Taxes, as imposed by the local authorities, are included in standard services.
Tips
Standard tips are not included in the price. $150/person will be collected by
the group leader prior to departure to cover standard tipping for the whole
group.
Cancellations
A fee of $300 per person will be assessed for all cancellations. In addition to
this $300 fee, if your cancellation does not reach our office by 2/11/2013 you
may also be liable for other charges based on airline cancellation conditions
(up to the entire cost of airline ticket). No refunds will be issued for
cancellations made 40 days or less before departure. Cancellations must be
made in writing.

water, laundry, shopping, offerings in churches, travel insurance, and any
service not specifically mentioned are not included. Fuel surcharges and/or
tax increases levied since the pricing of this tour are not
included. Honorariums for meetings or speakers are not included.
Travel
Insurance
HCEF strongly suggests the purchase of travel insurance. Trip cancellation
and overseas medical coverage are two important considerations. There are
a number of options for such insurance – your own insurance agent may
have a recommendation. It is the sole responsibility of the pilgrim to consult
with their health insurance provider to determine what international coverage
is provided and if supplemental health coverage should be purchased. HCEF
can suggest insurance options.
Health
Good overall health is necessary to enjoy this experience. Distances walked
are moderate, but stair-climbing and being on one’s feet can all be tiring.
Most international sites are not handicapped or wheel chair accessible.
Please consult your doctor if you have any concerns.
Passports &
Visas
A US passport valid for at least 6 months from the pilgrimage return date is
required. If you do not have a US passport, contact HCEF as soon as
possible. A group visa will be obtained for Jordan if this is a destination on
your itinerary. Visas are not necessary for US passport holders to enter
Israel/Palestine.
Responsibility
Clause
The Holy Land Christian Ecumenical Foundation (HCEF) is not responsible
for the suppliers providing all transportation, sightseeing arrangements and
hotel accommodations for HCEF pilgrimages. They are independent
contractors and not agents or employees. By using the services of the
suppliers, you agree that HCEF will not be liable for any change in schedule,
strikes, delays, acts of governments, acts of war, acts of terrorism, fires, riots,
theft, pilferage, epidemics, quarantine, medical or customs regulations,
accident, loss, injury, or damage to you or to those traveling with you in
connection with any accommodations, transportation or any other services
used as part of the pilgrimage. HCEF and/or agents of transportation are not
held responsible for the late arrival of passengers at airport or hotels due to
inclement weather, unforeseen circumstances or sickness, nor are they
responsible for payment or any refund of unused transportation or
accommodations based such circumstances. All such losses or expenses
must be borne by the passenger. Prices and schedules appearing in this
literature are based on current schedules and tariffs and may be subject to
change. Rates for this trip are based on a minimum of 20 paid pilgrims
traveling together. HCEF reserves the right to modify the itinerary due to
local conditions, time restrictions, and changes to air schedules. Completion
of registration form and payment of $1550 deposit constitute acceptance of
the conditions and terms listed on this form

After group minimum size has been confirmed, additional reservations will be
accepted, with full payment, until 2/11/2013 as long as space remains
available in the group.
