Admission is granted and entries accepted only upon this condition. It shall be considered a condition of entry that each entrant shall agree to indemnify the organisers against any legal action arising there from. The organisers reserve the right to reject or cancel any entry or entries and to cancel any class or classes (refunding any fees paid). Under normal circumstances, fees will not be refunded unless a vets or doctor’s certificate is produced. The decision of the judges and show officials are, in every case, to be accepted as final All riders to be correctly dressed and hard hats (PAS015 or BSEN1384) to be worn when mounted with chin straps fastened. Dogs must be kept on a lead at all times Horses when not competing must be kept strictly to the horse lines, collecting enclosures and exercising paddocks - animals must not be tied to any of the fences. Practice jumps will be provided and the erection of jumps in other parts of the showground will not be permitted. Cantering outside of rings strictly limited to exercise area. Competitors are asked to co-operate for the safety of all concerned. Please take your litter home. All show jumping classes will be judged under Pony Club Rules. Late entries will be accepted subject to availability at £2.00 extra per class The event is held subject to weather permitting. Should the event be cancelled £2.00 per horse entered will be retained for administration costs No stallions on showground, No ridden horses under 4 years. BHS Dressage Rules will apply. Health and Safety. The organiser of this event has taken reasonable precautions to ensure the health and safety of everyone present. For these measures to be effective, everyone must take all reasonable precautions to avoid and prevent accidents occurring and must obey the instructions of the organiser and all the officials and stewards The event photographer will be easily identifiable. Horse passports may be required to be seen by the secretary, so please bring it with you. It is also an offence to travel your horse without one. The Championship Show will be held at Great Bookham Equestrian Centre on 27th & 28th September 2015. There’s a wide choice of championship classes to qualify for and fantastic prizes to be won. Qualification Dressage: 1st-6th qualify in selected Walk & Trot, Prelim, Novice and Elementary classes. Show Jumping: 1st-6th qualify in selected classes: 1’9”/50cm, 2’/60cm, 2’3”/70cm, 2’6”/75cm, 2’9”/85cm, 3’/90cm and 3’3”/1m.
