Microcentrifuge Maxi.
1.2 THE THERMAL CYCLER USED FOR PCR
Below, our thermal cycler is shown, the Techne TC-3000 Thermal Cycler for 0.2ml tubes.
1.3 PHOTOGRAPHS OF GEL AND RESULTS
Our samples were placed into the same gel block as another group, as ours had broken. Our samples
were on the right of the gel, as seen in the photographs below. The ladder was clear, and it appears that
there is one result to the right.
