client assistance, film and archive material news line feeds. Proactive and self-directed
content management. Working with producers, directors, and other crew on broadcast
materials, commercial ingest, cameras and lighting, and other technical requirements.
Learning and working with various types of equipment, upskilling and training other
staff members where necessary. Editing promotional and internal materials when
requested by the company. Working on multiple broadcast productions in the one day.
Duties included: Coaching junior camera operators on the assembly and operation
of broadcast cameras. Liaising with event organisers and video producers to decide
placement of cameras during live broadcast. Finding and framing up interesting

Other Employment and Work History
Various production work (editing, camera, sound, production, runner, etc.) in short films, web series, music videos and almost a decade of the 48Hours Film Making
Competition since 2005. This includes as a Dunedin, New Zealand finalist in 2005 and 2006, a Wellington, New Zealand finalist in 2010, and a Brasov, Romania finalist
in 2014. Work produced has also been showcased in exhibits in both the Otago Museum, Dunedin, New Zealand and at the New Zealand National Museum, Te Papa,
in Wellington, New Zealand. Three years history also of production assisting in one off productions, often OB, Live, and Music Events as a cable assist, camera assistant,
or grip. Was the Director of Photography on the award winning ‘Best Video’ (Te Timatatanga: The Beginning, directed by Joe Tahana) and also won the ‘Biggest
