Guide Dogs provides independence and freedom to thousands of people who are blind or partially sighted across the UK through the provision of guide dogs, mobility and other rehabilitation services. It also campaigns passionately for the rights of people with vision impairments. The guide dog service receives no government funding. The guide dog service transforms the lives of over 4,700 people every year. • It costs £35,000 to create each new guide dog partnership.
