Working in GSK Egypt Site /GMS production plant from 1993 till end of Jan 2013, 11 years as
production /technical/projects manager in GSK,Egypt plants.
Projects Manager for the production plants " for one year , Since 2011 till present, As shared
service in managing El Salam and Giza Sites Projects in Egypt.
Directly contacting by myself and leading effective communications with worldwide high
standards manufacturers of the various types of machines necessary for both oral and Sterile
production and vaccines to have the highest technical support and select the best that suits the
highest standards and our budget e.g. sterile and aseptic filling machines, sterilizers as well as
processing and packaging machines e.g. BOSH, IMA , Uhlmann, Mocon , ..
Preparing, Studying and judging best lay outs for machines , processing area , packaging area
and aseptic filling plants in coordination with the highest standards worldwide experts for the best
utilization of space and facilities cost minimization.
Defining machines specs required that suits our requirements and the different suppliers and
manufacturers.
Applying advanced technology in both oral production and aseptic techniques and sterilization
processes for new lines , selecting the most suitable machines and equipment .

Gained all my experience in multinational companies for 25 years, 19 years in GSK, 11 Years as
Production manager mostly "Sterile manufacturing plants".
I had got broad experience in building pharmaceutical plants , defining machines specifications ,
selecting the best standards , communicating worldwide manufacturers and suppliers ,
validating processes and machines , assessing area and layouts and machines and plants
performance managing plants and producing various dosage forms.
Passed successfully many GQA Audits, acquiring highest experience in aseptic techniques and
sterilization on the hands of GSK professionals.
Technical manager for vaccines production. assessing vaccines plants and give the technical
support restarting the production area .
Problem solving, communicating with varieties of skilled people, decision making, lead and
support production team to implement new tasks, excellent management to achieve objectives,

Before joing GSK; I was leading production activities in Gist Brocades and working in NODCAR
(at MOH)and has excellent relations with MOH on the top level .

Oral and Aseptic formulation and filling, preparation, lyophilization, capping and vial/ampoules
inspection, controlled area sanitizations & decontamination, component preparation, vial

manufacturing ", leading 4 pharmacists and 22 employee where I had got very useful experience in start up of the sterile
manufacturing and packaging production plants , equipment, machines , processes and Lyophilization techniques.

Supported GSK worldwide sterile production teams by creation of a new process, for handling sterbags aseptically to cope with
movement from canisters to sterbags .Process details and video tape of the process have been submitted to all.
