PERSONAL STATEMENT
Growing up in a Christian home was a huge blessing until my parents divorced when I was 15 years old.
That sent me through a time of rebellion. On January 3, 1993, God drew me back to Himself in a very
powerful and relational way. I was so excited about the personal relationship that had been restored with
my Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ, that it radically changed my life. Driven with a passion for spreading the
gospel, God developed an outreach to children and students that impacted well over 1000 children,
parents and staff. God has blessed me with the understanding of servant leadership. The gifts He has
given me, propel me to love, train and mentor others in their journey with God. My heart’s desire is seeing
families wholly restored and walking with God together. God has called me to this through racial, cultural
and denomination reconciliation through children, youth and family ministry. Empowering families to
succeed and develop in godly character is my number one passion.
