Braybrook on Board Community Leadership Program FREE 6 month leadership and development program Applications are now open for the Braybrook on Board community leadership program. Braybrook on Board is a new leadership program, that seeks to tap into the existing skills and aspirations of the community and work with participants to become local community leaders and advocates. Implemented as part of Revitalising Braybrook, the leadership program reflects Human Rights and Social Justice values. You will have an opportunity to: Undertake 12 weeks of accredited leadership training, delivered by Victoria University Design, develop and deliver a group project responding to an issue you are passionate about in the community. Take up a formal voluntary leadership role within the community at the conclusion of the program. Venue Initially, training will be held at Maidstone Community Centre, Maidstone. However, the primary venue for training will be the: Braybrook Community Hub 107-139 Churchill Ave Braybrook Requirements The program is a 12 week course requiring a commitment to attend 3 hours of training a week, in addition to time for group work project (group work times are negotiable). Participants will be notified of a change of venue in advance.
