PEP BAND GUIDELINES AND POLICIES
1.
All band members must remain within restricted area during the game which band is performing.
2.
Only 15 band members with instruments are allowed in designated band area. This does not include the band leader.
3.
Band is not allowed to play while game action is occurring. The band may play during pre-game, half time and time outs.
4.
Set up for the band is immediately upon the conclusion of the previous scheduled game.
5.
The band must enter Independence Events Center through the Pass Gate.
6.
The band must leave the arena immediately after the conclusion of the game for which it performed.
7.
There will be a designated tournament committee member to who the band should report for set up time and
instructions. Any questions should be directed toward this person.
8.
Any lewd or inappropriate behavior by any band member or director will result in the suspension of the band playing and
ejection from Independence Events Center.
