授業の目標 Course Objectives
This course outlines urban disaster mitigation planning based on recent studies and experiences in disasters. Main discussions are focused
on earthquake disaster.
到達目標 Course Goals
The cause of natural disaster is natural phenomena but disasters occur in relation of artificial urban environment. Mitigation planning against
such disasters should be based on both of natural and artificial environments. Evaluation methodologies for seismic hazard and risk in urban
area are introduced and disaster mitigation methods are discussed.
