A Network of Integrated Technologies: From Plants to Products Network Governance
The P2P Network is managed by an Executive Group working in conjunction with the Scientific
Management Board (SMB). The SMB also take advice from the Scientific Advisory Group (SAG).

The role of the SMB
Aim: to provide discipline expertise and peer review.
Specific tasks:

Manage the commissioning of projects for Proof of Concept (PoC) and Business Interaction
Voucher (BIV) funding




Provide speedy and transparent review of applications
Monitor the progress of the BIV and PoC projects
With the help of working groups identify, share and support funding and project
opportunities where possible
With the help of working groups facilitate, engage and support policy shaping and outreach
activities
Meet approximately every three months or as required to facilitate their ongoing duties.

Specific tasks:

Oversee the activities of the SMB, provide advice and hold them to account
Provide guidance on identification of bottlenecks slowing adoption of IB, barriers to
commercialisation and developments in the IB landscape, both nationally and internationally
Meet approximately every six months or as required to facilitate their ongoing duties, scheduled to
occur ahead of any SMB meeting where the SAG will be required to provide advice to the SMB.
