Samuel Burland School Winter Concerts 2014
The staff and students of Samuel Burland School cordially invite you to our Winter Concerts, on December 16th and 17th.
They promise to be a joyous community celebration.
With several additional classes this year, we have returned to having two performances on different evenings, with the
afternoon rehearsals also being open to viewers. This will alleviate crowding and ensure the safety of all.

We have calculated the number of families involved and in light of the legal capacity limit for the gym with the stage in
it: Each family will be offered 3 tickets to each concert. The tickets will be offered at $2.00 each for the dress
rehearsals and evening performances.
If a family would like more tickets, the request will go on a wait list. We will reallocate tickets not ordered by other
families to those on the wait list in the order of our receiving them.
Please complete this form and return to the homeroom teacher by 3:30 PM on December 12th. If we
get no reply, we will offer tickets to those on the wait list.

Please indicate your ticket requirements with a checkmark in the table below. Note: if you wish your older or younger
child to join you in the gym to watch siblings, they must have a ticket. Children will be given a chance to watch their
siblings the next day via in-house videotape. Teachers will be in classrooms to supervise children not involved on stage.
They will be released to parents at the conclusion of the concert.
