Mica Scholarship Description:
The award is given to a student who demonstrates leadership capabilities and financial need. The
recipient must be enrolled full time with a minimum 2.5 cumulative GPA. Deadline to submit applications
to the Office of Student Financial Aid is June 2nd, 2014 by 5:00pm.
Mica Scholarship Requirements:
All applicants are required to submit a short essay (approximately 1 page) detailing information about
themselves as well as how they exhibit the qualities of the scholarship, why they are in need of the
scholarship and their career goals
Directions:
The Mica scholarship application must be returned to the Office of Student Financial Aid before the
application deadline. All applications must have an essay attached in order to be considered for the
scholarship. Applications submitted after the deadline will not be considered.

the selection of scholarship recipients.
