The Jeff & Bree Pony Camp Scholarship Application
The Jeff & Bree Pony Camp Scholarship has been created to honor the memory of Jeff,
the ringleader of Camp Crucible’s Legendary Pony Show. He was an exceptionally generous
man, who tirelessly ran the Pony Show with his wife, Bree, sharing their love of pony play with
all who came to Camp. His wonderfully irreverent attitude towards the “right” way to do pony
play, created the most unique and non-threatening performance venue at Camp Crucible, where
ponies and trainers of all abilities and experiences felt welcomed and encouraged to perform and
fully express their personalities via their play style.
The Jeff & Bree Pony Camp Scholarship is a grant issued to a deserving pony, trainer or
couple who demonstrate a profound interest in pony play fetish. This grant is to be used by the
winning candidate(s) to cover one to two tickets to Camp Crucible’s Legendary Pony Camp. In
accepting the scholarship, the winning candidate(s) agree to attend this years’ Camp Crucible
and write a recap of their experience that will be used in promoting the next years’ Jeff & Bree
Pony Camp Scholarship.
To be eligible for this scholarship, candidates must:
1) Have never attended a prior Camp Crucible
2) Be eligible to attend Camp Crucible (ex: Age must be 18+)
3) Demonstrate Jeff’s core values:
a. Generosity towards others
b. Dedication to pony play
c. Acceptance of other’s play styles
4) Show their need of this scholarship
In receiving this scholarship, the winning candidate must:
1) Attend Camp Crucible. (Note: ONLY registration is covered by this
scholarship. Travel expenses must be covered by the winning candidate.)
2) Write a recap of their experience at Camp Crucible, which can be used in
future advertising.
3) Allow their scene name along with their legal city and state to be used in the
announcements stating which candidate won the scholarship and other
advertisements for this scholarship

The winning candidate(s) will be decided by April 15th and notified as soon as possible. Upon
the winning candidate’s acceptance of the scholarship, the winning candidate(s) will be
announced and all applicants will be notified.

You agree that if you are awarded the scholarship, you will use the scholarship funds to
pay for registration to Camp Crucible. There are multiple attendance options on the
Camp Crucible website, however you must choose an attendance option that allows you to
attend the Camp Crucible Luckyfucker Pony Show. This limits you to three options: the
Full Monty package (From Saturday May 24 to Sunday June 1), the Session II package
(From Wednesday May 28 to Sunday June 1) or the Weekends package (From Saturday
May 24 to Monday May 26 AND Saturday May 31 to Sunday June 1). Further, you may
not choose the tenting/RV option for either the Full Monty package or the Session II
package as you are expected to stay in the Pony Cabin. Lastly, chore buyouts and linen
rentals also may not be chosen.
The cost of registration to Camp Crucible is all that is included in the scholarship. The
cost of transportation to Camp Crucible is NOT included in the scholarship. You must
follow the normal registration process for Camp Crucible and choose Check/MO (Mail
Order) during registration. The check for the registration fee will be mailed to Camp
Crucible by the Jeff & Bree Scholarship Committee.
You agree to write a recap of your experience at Camp Crucible, which can be used in
future advertising. You are expected to attend at least one class on Pony Play, and to
attend the Camp Crucible Luckyfucker Pony Show. You are not required to compete in
the Camp Crucible Luckyfucker Pony Show, however that is highly recommended.
You agree to allow the Jeff & Bree Scholarship Committee to make announcements that
you were a recipient of the Jeff & Bree Pony Camp Scholarship in the event you are
awarded the scholarship. The Jeff & Bree Scholarship Committee agrees to identify you in
announcements and advertising using ONLY your legal city and state along with your
scene name and if applicable, your partner’s scene name.
You will be notified via your provided contact information as to whom the scholarship is
awarded.

1) Introduce and describe yourself. State who you are in the kink/pony community, and
what roles and orientation you identify as.
2) Describe your current involvement in your kink/pony community. Give reference to
organizations, events and munches you attend.
3) Explain how, if you receive the Jeff & Bree Pony Camp Scholarship, you will give back
to both the greater and the local pony community.
4) Describe the dynamic that pony play fetish plays in your life and how you can share that
with other kinksters.
5) Describe your personal pony play style, how you view others’ play styles and how
others’ play styles have affected your own play style.
6) Explain what impact being awarded the Jeff & Bree Pony Camp Scholarship would have
on you and if you would be unable to attend Camp Crucible’s Pony Camp without it.
