A minimum of 7 and a maximum of 15 members make a team. Each individual can participate in one team only. 2. There is no age or gender bar for forming teams. 3. Time allotted to each team is minimum 5 minutes and maximum 10 minutes (includes set up time). Exceeding the time limit can lead to disqualification. 4. Registration fee per team member is 0.500fils. Registration forms are available at the J.Y helpdesk and the Parish office and need to be duly filled and submitted along with the fees by 09/12/2013. 5. Three days before the event, registered teams will be informed regarding the slot allotted to them, reporting time etc via email/phone. 6. First 10 teams to register will contest against each other. 7. Musical instruments are limited to a box guitar, mouth organ, tambourine, violin, flute, and saxophone. 8. Carolling to be done in English only. 9. Decision of the judges will be final.
