VP of Judicial Affairs
 Panhellenic Women of the Month for October is actually due at Midnight
on Nov 4th. We will be voting in the Panhellenic Meeting on the 5th
 We will discuss any questions about Bylaws in Old Business
 FVA Updates will come within the month
 Meeting tomorrow morning
 Unfortunately the representative from SDEC could not make it today
 With Homecoming coming up this weekend! Make good decisions but
have fun!
VP of Programming
 Working to bring Jennifer Cassetta

 No specific time yet!
VP of Operations
 If you haven’t turned in your checks for the Panhellenic Preview Shirts
they are due next week at the meeting!
VP of Recruitment
 The Panhellenic Preview schedule will be handed out tonight in the VP
meeting! Shirts are coming in November 5th.
o Check-in starts at 10 am and should be done by 5 pm!
VP of Development
 The RC’s had their first training session yesterday and it went fabulous! I
can’t wait for the rest of the semester!
VP of Public Relations
 Panhellenic Preview is coming up! We are going to use the
#PumpedForPanhellenicPreview again so make sure you let your chapters
know to utilize the hashtag as much as possible.
 Soon I will be starting a countdown for Panhellenic Preview so please tell
your PR chairs to send me pictures of your chapter

Also, I still have not received the breaking the stereotype pictures from a
couple of chapters so make sure you get those in as soon as possible

Alpha Delta Pi
 We had a great time at Mallard Ball this past weekend and our Krafts for
Kids open sisterhood event yesterday to send stuff to the Ronald
McDonald House Charity!
 We had a mixer with Phi Mu Alpha on Tuesday - it was milk and cookies
themed!
 We are getting excited for our philanthropy event, ADPiHop, scheduled for
November 18!

 Getting hype for events coming up!
Alpha Sigma Alpha
 We are having a blast participating in all the Homecoming events!
 Our mixer with SigEp was a lot of fun yesterday
 We are mixing with KDR this weekend!
 Our semi is coming up on Oct. 30th!
 We are looking forward to Zeta's carnival and Big Man On Campus as well
as Phi Mu's Dance Marathon!
Delta Gamma
 We're so excited to have Jordan Miller represent us in the Homecoming
court! Congrats to Phi Mu, Alpha Delta Pi, and Alpha Sigma Alpha for also
having sisters on the court!
 We're having a scavenger hunt themed mixer with KDR on October 28th!
 Our semi is November 7th in the DSU Ballroom!

 Bubble bowl presentation will be given to you all next week!
Phi Mu
 We had an awesome time last weekend collecting donations for the
Virginia Peninsula Food Bank for National Philanthropy Day!
 We're so proud and excited about our sister Hailey Nettles being on
Homecoming Court this year! #nothinbutnettles
 We can't wait to Pie our President at ZTA's Pink Carnival tomorrow!
 Our sister, Olivia Elmore, is here to talk about Dance Marathon! Hope to
see you all there next week!!
