the nursing office. They will scan and email it to lhhnursingadmin@nshs.edu for you.

If you work at LHH and would like to submit your application manually: submit the completed paper application to
“Kirstie Toussaint”. Her mailbox is located in the Nursing Administration Office, 2 nd floor, 100 East 77th Street.
