A RESOLUTION DECLARING CERTAIN ITEMS OF PERSONAL
PROPERTY PRESENTLY IN THE POSSESSION OF THE CITY
OF MUSKOGEE, TO WIT: 1993 CHEVY CAPRICE, (4) 1995
CHEVY CAPRICES, 1987 CHEVY SUBURBAN, 1996 FORD
CROWN VICTORIA, (51) MOTOROLA MOSTAR RADIOS, (28)
MOTOROLA MAXTRAC RADIOS, (22) MOTOROLA CDM1250,
(6) MOTOROLA PM400 RADIOS, (5) MOTOROLA CDM TRUNK
MOUNT RADIOS, (4) MOTOROLA RADIUS RADIOS, (9) MISC
SIDE CHAIRS, (2) STREET HAWK LIGHT BARS, ONE SET
GIOVANNI 20 INCH WHEELS W/TIRES, SURPLUS TO THE
NEEDS OF THE CITY OF MUSKOGEE AND AUTHORIZING
THE CITY MANAGER TO OFFER FOR SELL OR DISPOSE OF
THE SAME.
WHEREAS, the City of Muskogee, Oklahoma has in its possession certain items of
personal property which can no longer be put to good use; said personal property being 1993
Chevy Caprice, (4) 1995 Chevy Caprices, 1987 Chevy Suburban, 1996 Ford Crown Victoria,
(51) Motorola Mostar Radios, (28) Motorola Maxtrac Radios, (22) Motorola CDM1250, (6)
Motorola PM400 Radios, (5) Motorola CDM Trunk Mount Radios, (4) Motorola Radius Radios,
(9) Misc Side Chairs, (2) Street Hawk Light Bars, One Set Giovanni 20 inch wheels w/tires.
WHEREAS, the City of Muskogee desires to dispose of items of personal property,
which are no longer needed, as surplus properties according to the provisions of the Charter and
the Ordinances of said City;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF MUSKOGEE, OKLAHOMA;
SECTION 1: 1993 Chevy Caprice, (4) 1995 Chevy Caprices, 1987 Chevy Suburban, 1996
Ford Crown Victoria, (51) Motorola Mostar Radios, (28) Motorola Maxtrac Radios, (22)
Motorola CDM1250, (6) Motorola PM400 Radios, (5) Motorola CDM Trunk Mount Radios, (4)
Motorola Radius Radios, (9) Misc Side chairs, (2) Street Hawk Light Bars, One set Giovanni 20
inch wheels w/tires, are hereby declared to be surplus to the needs of the City of Muskogee,
Oklahoma, and the City Manager is authorized to offer for sell or dispose of the same.
