Should be a Life Member of IRIA and ICRI for 3 years
at the time of application.

The application should be duly proposed and seconded
by any Fellows of ICRI.

The applicant should have attended at least one
national conference of IRIA and one CME of ICRI at
the time of submission of application.

A Post Graduate Qualification in the specialty.

necessary documents as proof.
