BOARD AND LODGING in Hotel “Roberto”
For a single room:
55 EUR x 5 days = 275 EUR/pers including breakfast, lunch (in the Salt Mine) and dinner
For a double room:
40 EUR x 5 days = 200 EUR/pers including breakfast, lunch(in the Salt Mine) and dinner
“CASA DIN PADURE” (only 10 rooms)
For a single room
53 EUR x 5 days = 265 EUR/pers, including breakfast, lunch (in the Salt Mine) and dinner
For a double room:
40 EUR x 5 days = 200 EUR/pers, including breakfast, lunch (in the Salt Mine) and dinner
All the room reservation is in charge of the Organizer, therefore, all payments regarding
this will be made to the Organizer’s bank account.
THE ENTRY FEES AND BOARD AND LODGING will be payd according to Info 1.
ENTRY FEES should be payd only in EURO by bank transfer to the below mentioned bank account,
no later than the 15th of February 2016.
Late payments will be subject to a fine :
15th of February – 15th of March : 10%
15th of February – 1st of April : 15%
1st of April – 11th of April (included) : 20%
The fees for board, lodging and banquet will not be subject to a fine. These fees may be payd
together with entry fees to the same bank account without penalty, no later than 1st of March.
Afterwards, we can not guarantee any room reservation .

THE FINAL ENTRY FORMS will be sent by mail, e-mail no later than the 25th of February 2016.
ENTRY VISA: For those countries where the Romanian Entry Visa is asked for, it can be obtained
from The Romanian Embassies/Consulates. Citizens belonging to the countries members of EU do not
need an Entry Visa.
INSURANCE: The Organizer will not take any responsabilities of personal losses, accidents, teft or
getting sick. The participants are responsible for their insurance.
ARRIVAL IN SLANIC
You can arrive in Slanic from any direction by car or by train.
Coming from Bucharest by car (104 km), we reccomend to follow Bucharest-Ploiesti-Valenii de
Munte. Before entering Valenii de Munte, while in Gura Vitioarei village, turn left to Slanic.
By train, from any direction to Ploiesti Vest and once here, take a commuter train to Slanic (end of
the line).

ELECTRICITY: in Romania, electricity is suppplied at 220V, 50 Hz, two pin sockets.
NATIONAL FLAGS AND ANTHEMS: the national Teams are kindly requested to present upon
registration
Two national flags of approx. 1 m x 1,5 m and an audio cassette C60 (or CD) with their national
antem, which will be given back after the prize awarding ceremony.
