Positive Partnerships 2014
An Action Plan to reflect The Care Act 2014 and ‘Making a Difference’
Introduction
Positive Partnerships 2014 was drafted and debated at the same time as The Care Act 2014 was passing through Parliament and
Hampshire Adult Services Department began preparing its responses – in particular ‘Making a Difference’ and ‘Thinking Differently’.
It is the case that the successful implementation of response to the Care Act will deliver the outcomes for Positive Partnerships.
Reading the Action Plan – The action areas and the proposed actions and methodology has been developed by the Positive
Partnership working group in response to the consultations. Each Action area and proposal is linked to an action to be undertaken
by HCC Adult Services Department working in partnership with people in Hampshire with a disability and the strategic partners in
both the Health sector and the Voluntary sector.
