The degree as a Bachelor of Architectural Technology and Construction Management targets those, who want a well- rounded education that offers a wide range of job opportunities within the building industry.

You will learn how to plan and coordinate constructions – and plant assignments together with practical knowledge about the area and knowledge about business operations, administration, measuring and marketing and condition assessment. You are able to specialize within a range of areas i.e. project design, construction management, project management, contract management and digital construction

Job functions

You will able to seek employment in engineering, construction and architectural companies, where you will fulfill the role as manager and participate in planning assignments and work on construction sites. You will be able to make your mark on the process, as well, as on the final result.

The degree will give you very good qualifications if you already are a craft and thinking about starting your own business.

Program Structure

The degree takes three and a half years including six months internship. The degree equals a bachelor degree and qualifies you for further education towards a master degree.

You can also choose to stop the education two years of the programme and graduate an AP

Degree as Building Technician / Construction Technician or as a Map

– or Surveyor

Technician.

It is possible to take the degree as E-learning.

Curriculum

The programme duration is 3½ year divided into 7 semesters. Each semester is equal to 30

ECTS.

The Bachelor Programme is organised within the following core areas and distributed in every semester.

1) General, including communication, knowledge theory, work methodology, organisation, cooperation, information technology, innovation, numeracy and applied mathematics and physics and foreign languages.

2) Business, including the operation of small businesses, administration, legislation and jury prudence.

3) Production, including construction and civil engineering work, production and project management.

4) Design, including construction design and project management.

5) Registration, including surveying, the setting out of buildings and structures and the

(structural) evaluation of buildings and structures.

Industrial Buildings and Manufactured Building Components - 25 ECTS
