Regarding purchase of 04 Nos. Water Poison Detection Kit.
Sir,
This office intends to purchase 04 Nos. Water Poison Detection Kit for use in Security
Unit of Delhi Police. This Kit should be housed in an aluminium container having reagent bottles and
impregnate filter paper strips, essential glassware and miscellaneous items properly cushioned to
withstand transport hazards. The materials cater for 50 tests for each type of contaminant except for
nerve agent and microbial contaminants, where only five tests are catered.
You are requested to quote the rates of 04 Nos. Water Poison Detection Kit and
quotations may be sent to this office in a sealed cover by 15.06.2015 at 11 a.m. The quotations received
thereafter will not be entertained. The quotations will be opened by the Purchase Committee on the same
day at 11.30 a.m. “QUOTATIONS FOR THE PURCHASE OF WATER POISON DETECTION
KIT” should be written on the envelope. In case the due date is declared a holiday quotations shall be
opened on next working day.
Note:- Only Sales Tax/VAT payee agencies are eligible to fill these quotations. Interested agencies
shall quote their Sale Tax/Tin Number of VAT in their quotation and also attach documentary proof of
having registered with Sales Tax/VAT department for such store/items etc. with the quotation.
