Rules: Dress regulations in accordance with GNAS and Club colours. GNAS cards
must be available for inspection at check-in. All competitors are liable for drugtesting. A refusal will be treated as a positive result. Juniors please see reverse
sheet.
1st/2nd/3rd in Recurve, Compound, Longbow and Barebow categories for Ladies,
Gents, Junior Girls and Junior Boys, plus the Judges’ Award for Albion Senior
Recurve Team.
Hot and cold drinks and food will be available throughout the day in the Pavilion.

Places will be allocated on a first come/first serve basis. If there is a waiting list,
entries will be placed in order of the date received.

Payment is by cheque only made payable to: Royal Richmond Archery Club.

Photography and Publicity: The organisers reserve the right to permit photography subject to the
usual GNAS Rules on control of photography and to allow publication of pictures in any medium subject
only to the condition that neither photographs nor accompanying descriptions of juniors, or other
vulnerable individuals, may include name, club or other identifying information.

Please note that there are separate Albion and Windsor check in points.
Some of the Albion targets may be on the Windsor field, but you will still
need to check in on the Albion side.
If you and your child/spouse/partner are shooting different rounds, please
let us know and we will try to put you on the same field.
There is limited disabled parking at Old Deer Park, which is reserved for
blue badge holders only.

JUNIORS: PARENTAL CONSENT SECTION
1. Mandatory drug testing. As your son/daughter has requested an entry to a Record Status Archery
Tournament, we should point out that under GNAS Rules they may be requested to provide a sample for drug
testing purposing by a “Doping Control Official” appointed by GNAS. Failure to comply must, under current
rules, be treated as a positive result. Please complete the form below for each junior to signify your acceptance
of this condition of entry.
2. Photography and publicity. The form also allows you to indicate that you will allow publication of
photographs of the named individual with identifying details, to avoid the need to consult you further. This is
not a condition of entry and if you make no declaration on the form, or declare that you do not give permission,
any such publication will require your prior consent.
