•Photographers grant the Bob Jones Nature Center
Organization the non-exclusive right to use the photos
submitted for the contest for publicity, advertising,
promotional, educational and other purposes without
obtaining further permission and/or compensation. The
Bob Jones Nature Center Organization will attempt to
give credit to the photographer.
•This permission extends to include use, with the
permission of the Bob Jones Nature Center Organization,
by any other non-profit organization or agency in
connection with furthering the mission, purposes or
activities of the Bob Jones Nature Center Organization. A
signature on the entry form constitutes acceptance of
these terms.
