The first person I’ve researched was a women name Lupita whose
44 years old. The evidence that I found on Lupita was that she had fevers, head and backaches pain, infrequent eye pain, nausea and vomiting. Her Diagnosis was Dengue Fever. The treatment for
Dengue Fever was therapy rehydration therapy, platelet transfusion and supplementation with intravenous fluids.
The second person that I researched was a man name Felix who is
33 years old. The evidence that I found on Felix was that he had widening of the mediastinum and pleural effusions; lymph glands in upper arm were swollen, necrotic skin tissue on his hands. His
Diagnosis was Bacillus Anthrax. The treatment for Bacillus
Anthrax was early antibacterial and its prevention with vaccines.
This disease started in Washington D.C as a result of contaminated pond water. A series of people were infected with the Dengue Fever. This disease is normally found in tropic and sub tropic regions. Dengue Fever is transmitted through a mosquito bite. The symptoms of Dengue Fever are a sudden high fever and a flat rash may appear over most of the body. A second rash, which looks like measles, appears later in the disease. Other symptoms may include headache, fatigue, joint aches, muscles aches, swollen lymph nodes, and vomiting. The treatments of
Dengue Fever are supportive therapy, oral rehydration therapy, platelet transfusion, and supplementation with intravenous fluids.
The pond became infected with the Dengue Fever because Lupita transferred Inca holy water with mosquito larvae into the pond.
Two other cases of Dengue Fever were reported, Lionel and
Naomi. This was proven by using a BLAST and the symptoms allowed them to deduce the disease. These individual spent countless hours near and around the contaminated pond. The containment of this disease will be the quarantine and removal of the pond.
