your requested tours, however some tours have limited space and reservations will be taken on
a first come basis. Tours are confirmed upon receipt of your registration form.

individual basis at your exclusive Trial Lawyers Association Hospitality/ Registration Desk.

Cancellations must be received 72 hours prior to tour departure time to receive a full refund.

SUNSET WHALE WATCH & DINNER CRUISE
Please join us for what has to be, the most fun thing to do while visiting Maui. One of the reasons
Maui is the #1 Island in the world is that it is blessed with numerous islands on its horizon. As the sun
sets over the islands of Lanai and Kahoolawe to the west, the view of 10,000 foot Mount Healakala to
the east is equally as breathtaking. If that isn’t enough, winter months are the best time for whale
watching. Maui has literally thousands of Humpback Whales that migrate to the warm island waters
to mate and give birth. See these 50 ton mammals breach completely out of the water or watch as
the new calves learn how to communicate by slapping the water with their tails. It isn’t about just
seeing the whales, but how close they come to the boat! Now picture yourself with your favorite

MOLOKINI SNORKEL & WHALE WATCH ADVENTURE
Molokini Crater has been rated as one of the top ten snorkel spots on the planet for many years.
There are only a hand full of these types of volcanic calderas found around the world. Molokini Crater
is actually the tip of an extinct volcano (we hope), it is also a protected marine life preserve and offers
a terrific opportunity for guests to swim with literally hundreds of colorful fish. It has often been
described as swimming in an outdoor aquarium. Winter is Whale Season and the probabilities of
seeing these giant creatures are nearly 100%! This adventure includes all snorkel gear and
instruction along with lunch, beer, wine and sodas. This is absolutely a “must do” while on Maui.

CIRCLE ISLAND EXPLORER HELICOPTER TOUR
Flying in a state of the art helicopter is an absolute thrill! And Maui might just be the best place on the
planet to fly. Because Maui has so many diverse eco-systems located on one island it makes this
tour a must do while visiting. West Maui is one of the wettest places on earth with long streaming
waterfalls and vibrant green valleys. Hana's uninhabited backside is home to "Seven Pools", and is
the nation's largest rainforest. Haleakala Crater is the world's largest dormant volcano, large enough
to house the island of Manhattan; from Wall Street to Harlem. Only 25% of Maui is visible from its
roadways. This spectacular tour lets you see all of Maui with its unforgettable hidden valleys, rugged

ROAD TO HANA LUXURY MINI COACH TOUR
The winding road to Hana has long been one of Maui's favorite visitor excursions. Although only 52
miles, this tour will take most of the day. This "Heavenly Highway" is more than just another Sunday
drive with 617 turns, and 56 one-lane bridges. Considered a road between two worlds, coastal vistas,
waterfalls, wayside stops and remote beauty make this trip an interesting contrast to the beachside
resorts left behind only hours ago. Not just a van tour, our luxury Mini Coaches are equipped with
captain’s seats, and large viewing windows. This tour goes where car rentals aren’t allowed.

Arizona Memorial Excursion & USS Missouri Battleship Tour
Relive a "moment in history" with this visit to Pearl Harbor, the Arizona Memorial and Visitor Center.
Next, tour the battleship USS Missouri where the armistice ending WW II was signed. Also tour the
City of Honolulu and see the serene National Memorial Cemetery of the Pacific at Punchbowl,
followed by an afternoon to explore the world famous Aloha Tower Marketplace or the world’s most
popular beach: Waikiki. This tour will take a complete day and includes r/t air, all entrance fees and
