Assessment Criteria
Young Leader of the Year
The major aim of the IPAA WA Achievement Awards is to recognise
individual and organisational excellence in public service. These Awards are
open to any employee or organisation (as applicable) that works in Western
Australia in any tier of public service including Local; State; Federal; Not-forProfit and the Academic sector.
Please read the “Important Information for Applicants” section of this
form before you start filling in the criteria.

person (for that award) and is deemed to be authorised to approve the
nomination on behalf of your agency / organisation.
