The reduced early registration fee is $135 if payment is postmarked by September 30,2011. After
September 30, the regular registration fee is $155, which may be collected at the door. The student fee
is $50 for regular or early registration. The registration fee includes continental breakfast and Lunch on
Tuesday, November 8, breakfast on Wednesday, refreshment breaks and symposium materials. SAF
CEUs (approximately 7.75) have been applied for.
