Consider and take Action on Revised Desired Future Conditions
EXECUTIVE SESSION: The Board of Directors may go into Executive Session to deliberate
Mesquite Groundwater Conservation District's personnel matters regarding the employment,
evaluation, reassignment, or duties of District personnel. This session is exempt from the Texas
Open Meetings Act under Section 551.074 of the Act.

Set Date & Time for Next Board Meeting
Closed Session. The board of directors of the district may go into a closed session under the
authority of the Government Code, Chapter 551, Texas Open Meetings Act, to discuss:
 Consultation with Attorney – Attorney/Client Privileged Consultations (§ 551.071).
 Consultation with legal counsel regarding compliance matters.
Consider recommendation(s) and action regarding matters discussed in closed session.
Adjourn
At any time during the meeting and in compliance with the Texas Open Meetings Act,
Chapter 551, Government Code, Vernon’s Texas Codes, Annotated, the Mesquite
Groundwater Conservation District Board may meet in executive session for
consultation concerning attorney-client matters (§551.071). Any subject discussed in
executive session may be subject to action during an open meeting.
