Today creative work of Chingiz Aitmatov is perceived as an epic tale about the world and
about man in one of the greatest eras - XX and XXI of the century. His work is permeated with
«immeasurable pain and optimism, immense faith in man ..." (Mustai Karim). Ch. Aitmatov was
interested in the rich spiritual world of the common man, having their views on the most difficult
problems of human existence; equally, he took up the idea of planetary scale. For which purpose
Chingiz Aitmatov to prompt for their decision the progressive world community, organized in
Kyrgyzstan in 1986 and 1997 Issyk-Kul Forum, which brought together the representatives of
UNESCO, futurologists, writers and artists to discuss the education of the new planetary thinking, the
role of culture in the twenty-first century and questions how to avoid a total cataclysm - the military,
environmental, economic, etc.
"Big things are visible from a distance, we are only now beginning to realize more fully the
creative heritage, uniqueness, personality scale Chingiz Aitmatov. Today his works are stepping all
over the world, literally breaking the boundaries of the mountains and the desert, and the farther away,
the more the peoples of the East and the West, enjoying the fruits of his work. And further, the larger
and wider geography becomes Aitmatov communication between the peoples because Aitmatov lives
in all languages and dialects, interest in his work is only growing.
Eastern University by Mahmud Kashgar-Barskani and University Karabük Turkey make a
modest contribution to the study and promotion of creativity of Chingiz Aitmatov. 29 April, 2015 in
Eastern University will host the International Conference "The Role of Chingiz Aitmatov in the
dialogue of cultures" East-West ". The conference gathered outstanding workers of culture, the foreign
guests and ambassadors of Turkey countries, as well as representatives of the embassies of France,
Turkey, Russia, Kazakhstan accredited in Bishkek, the Ministers of Culture, Education and Science.
The conference will be conducted in the following areas:
1. The role of Chingiz Aitmatov and his work in building a tolerant world.
2. Philosophy of ecology oikymeny Aitmatov.
3. The theme of war and peacekeeping Aitmatov.
4. Images of children, of women in the works of Chingiz Aitmatov.
5. Translations of Chingiz Aitmatov's works in the world's languages.
6. Ideas Issyk-Kul Forum and Dialogue of cultures "East-West".
7. The culture of peace in the works of Chingiz Aitmatov.
To participate to the International conference should be sent before 25April of the current year,

The best papers by Chingiz Aitmatov will be published in a special issue of the magazine of Eastern
University by Mahmud Kashgari - Barkani "Bilim and Tarbia."
Requirements for the design of a scientific article (report).
The text of the article should be typed on a computer in a text editor Word, font Times New Roman,
size 14, line spacing one and a half interval. Name and other information of the author's updated before
the article. References to sources are given in the text in square brackets at the end of the article is
formed in the corresponding references.
Fill in the application form and send the abstracts before 25 April this year will receive an invitation to
participate in the conference by email mail before April 27.
The costs associated with the participation in the conference (travel to Bishkek, accommodation) are
paid by participants.
