*PLEASE NOTE: During the 2011 seminar a room at the Comfort Inn was left in a mess. For that reason, we are no
longer welcome at Comfort Inn or Days Inn. It only takes one irresponsible primate owner to ruin things for the rest of
us. PLEASE clean up after your monkey! Do not leave food scraps or soiled diapers in the hotel rooms.
IMPORTANT INFORMATION
A health certificate issued within 30 days of travel is required for those crossing state lines into Oklahoma. There are no
other entry requirements for Oklahoma, but please check requirements of other states you may be traveling through.
Meals, soft drinks and water will be provided and are included in your registration fee.
Bring your monkey’s usual diet, a water bottle, leash, travel cage and any other items needed for your monkey’s comfort
and security. Travel can be stressful for monkeys.
Tables will be provided for those wishing to display and sell monkey-related merchandise. Contact Janice to reserve.
Monkeys are welcome on the zoo grounds on a leash or in an enclosed carrier. The zoo is open to the public and guests
may be curious about your monkey. Be a good ambassador and answer questions politely, but DO NOT allow your
monkey to come into physical contact with the public. No touching!
DO NOT take your monkey into restaurants, stores, or other public places.

FILM CREW
The film crew from Joe Exotic TV will be filming footage for a documentary about responsible primate ownership. This
documentary will be filmed, edited and produced by Joe Exotic TV and will depict private owners as responsible,
intelligent people who care for their primates properly. This documentary is our chance to show lawmakers, animal
rights groups, and the public who primate owners really are and what we are about – education, animal welfare, and
responsible ownership. This film will be unlike those published by BBC, Nat Geo and others which presented an animal
rights bias. Anyone who is uncomfortable being on camera may opt out, but we encourage your participation in this
important project.
