POSTER SUBMISSION FORM
IMPORTANT INFORMATION FOR POSTER CONTRIBUTIONS
Poster presentations should be on scientific pharmaceutical drug projects and novel
technologies in the fields of biotechnology and pharmaceutical drug development.
Oral presentation of posters
The posters shall be presented by oral five-minutes-presentations in one of the
Technology Slam Sessions (three slides on science and business opportunity) and in
addition by traditional posters (paper size A0 high format) to facilitate networking
between academic/ research and industrial partners.
The following poster sessions are planned:
Poster session 1: “Novel therapeutics, vaccines and diagnostics”
 (1a) Therapeutics
 (1b) Vaccines
 (1c) Diagnostics
Poster session 2: “Novel Technologies“
 (2a) Up- and downstream developments
 (2b) Biopharmaceutical drug formats / developments
 (2c) Upcoming technologies
Submission of poster abstracts (book of abstracts)

To submit your poster abstract, please use this poster submission form (see
page 2 and 3 of this document).

Please fill out the coversheet (page 2 of this document) and do not forget to
indicate your preferred poster session.

The abstract should be 1 page only (150 to 300 words long) in Microsoft Word
Format (page 3 of this document).

Please send the poster submission form via e-mail to the EAPB conference
office (eapb@eapb.org) as soon as possible.


The publication deadline for the conference booklet and the list of participants
is 15 February 2016. There is no guarantee that registrations/ abstracts
received thereafter can be included.

With the registration the authors agree with the publication of their abstracts in
the conference booklet.
