SCHOLARSHIP APPLICATION
WISE will be awarding one (1) Five Hundred ($500.00) scholarship. This scholarship is for
Western Nevada College and/or Truckee Meadows Community College students and will be
used for tuition and fees. Applications must be received by April 4th, 2015. Scholarships will
be awarded on May 1st, 2015. Please submit your typed application to:

RULES AND DEADLINES
1. I acknowledge this application must be received by April 4th, 2015 to be considered for the
$500.00 scholarship. Scholarship will be awarded on May 1st, 2015.
2. I understand this scholarship will be for use at Western Nevada College** and/or Truckee
Meadows Community College and will be given to WNC and/or TMCC administration as a
scholarship in my name for tuition and fees.
3. I understand that my name may be used in a press release for print or media.
4. This scholarship is for females and by signing this application you are confirming that you are
indeed a female.
 If selected I will speak at the May luncheon for WISE.

Campus, Fallon Campus, Fernley, Hawthorne, Lovelock, Smith Valley and Yerington, Nevada. WISE will be awarding
