Reception need to listen to what is being said rather than presume
and then give incorrect information as this can cause unnecessary
distress. I have only used the doctors and have no complaint about
them. They have always given advice which is clear and easily
understood.
Overall the practice has massively improved over the last few years,
especially reception and booking system
Have always been happy with the service. I am happy with the
service from the doctors and nurses and have no comment to make
for improvement

Other types of lighting. Sometimes the time of the doctor seems
too limited. Nurses time seems better

especially Monday morning, so better access to reception

Some receptionists don’t seem to know what they are supposed to
be doing. The doctor should take the time to listen to patients and
be prepared to examine them, not give out their conclusions just
from what the patient has or has not said

I think the practice is fine. I think the doctors are great

Offer alternative treatments/complementary medicine for on-going
problems. Offer annual health checks.
By having more slots available for seeing the doctor without an
appointment and just not slots for emergencies. Level of respect
and courtesy being shown to patients has improved over the years.
The problem for me was more about lack of courtesy and respect
from the receptionists but this too has improved.
Patients should be allowed to see doctor at the time of their
choosing. There should be enough doctors so that one does not
have to wait more than 30 minutes to 1 hour to see a doctor
The doctor is really good and prints information out if it is
complicated
Have the waiting room a bit more comfortable and more magazines
It would be great if it was possible to have more than one day much
later opening or one day at the weekends and not opening during
the week, for it is difficult to get time of work. I think the doctors
do an excellent job with the resources.
Perhaps change appointment system so you get an appointment on
the day you are ill instead of booking a week later. Maybe open on

This is the best practice I have ever had. All the staff is fantastic.
The only thing is that appointments get booked up a long way in
advance. The doctors are great. I am very, very happy with the
service my family receive. Thanks
Better customer service
This practice has improved greatly over the last few years although
it is quite hard to get an appointment with doctor of my choice.
Happy with both the nurse and doctors. Both very caring
professionals
I think that the practice is fantastic me and my family have been on
the doctors list for a while and are very happy. I think that my
doctor is wonderful, very helpful and caring, that is what makes us
feel better that they care.
