General Graduation Guidelines Total of 124 semester hours, 30 of which must be numbered 300 or 400. (A total of 150 semester hours required for B.S. in Public Accounting). Five – 3 or 4 credit courses meeting distribution requirements. At least one course designated as Non-Western. Basic educational proficiency requirements of 21 semester hours. A sophomore-level writing intensive course. A graduation major. A cumulative GPA average of C (2.00) and at least a C average in the graduation major, not counting cognate courses; a C average is also required in any minors which a student may elect. The last 36 semester hours must be earned at Adrian College or in programs approved by the College.
