Reservation Guarantee / Cancellation Fee / Bookings Deadline
All rooms must be guaranteed by credit card or bank transfer for 1st night’s stay
(reservations up to three nights) or 25% of the total accommodation amount for reservations for 4 or more
nights.
All participants have the right to amend their reservation (dates or room occupancy) once Free of
Charge . Continuously amendments will be charged with extra 10 EURO each.
Cancellations of Reservations 2 days or less prior to participant’s arrival will be charged with 1 night
cancellation fee.
There is no deadline for hotel reservations but there is a specific number of available rooms for each
hotel.
