Cape Breton-Victoria Regional School Board is pleased to announce the launch of School Cash Online
for 15 schools starting November 24, 2014. With School Cash Online, parents have the convenient and
secure option of paying for school items using their credit card online, 24/7.
To access online payments, please enroll at https://cbv.schoolcashonline.com/; it takes less than 5
minutes. Registered parents can see their payment history, print receipts, and receive email notification
whenever new student fees are posted for their child.
School Cash Online will limit the amount of cash/checks handled in schools, reduce paperwork, and
result in more focused instructional time in the classroom. This new program will add improved
efficiency and transparency in school fee management, and aligns with the district’s commitment to
strengthening accounting practices. For more information and to register, please visit
https://cbv.schoolcashonline.com/
Book Donations
Thank you to Kim Googoo-MacDonald for spreading the word that Miss Lenore McKinnon's 6C and
6D classes needed novels for independent reading and literature circles. Thank you to Rebecca Anne
Scirocco for donating enough new novels for both Independent Reading and Literature Circles! We
appreciate your generosity and kindness! Also thank you to Margie Marr and her son, Eric Marr, for
donating novels to our classroom!

students of SPEC to create a Ring Of Hope that will stretch all the way around our Spectacular school.
We are going to build the biggest paper chain Cape Breon has ever seen!! Students can purchase a
