Any team withdrawing or having been withdrawn during a season will be able to apply for
immediate re-entry to the League if this is the first offence. However if the team had been
previously withdrawn from the League, then the team will not be allowed to re-enter the
League until two more seasons have passed.

In an interrupted match which starts not later than 2.00
pm the duration of play will be 40 overs entitlement to each side in Division 1;
the duration of play will be 35 overs entitlement to each side in Division 2.
