Beacon College Airport Transportation for the School Year of 2015
Beacon College Transportation is pleased to announce a Shuttle Service to and from
Orlando International Airport for the Thanksgiving Break 2015.
Cost: $45.00 one-way pre-paid. This service is a structured, scheduled group pick-up and not an individual taxi
service. Students may have a waiting time at the terminal for the bus ride back to Leesburg.
Where: ONLY to and from MCO (Orlando International Airport). Beacon College does not offer services to Sanford
Airport, Tampa Airport, Daytona Airport, or to any Amtrak Station.
Beacon College has specific dedicated times to transport students. Beacon College cannot change these pickup
times to match the arrival or departure times of an individual student’s flight. Once again, a student may have to
wait at the terminal for the scheduled pickup from the airport. Or if the student’s flight arrival time is after a
scheduled pickup, the student will need to contact a commercial taxi, limo service and/or rental car.
Bags: the student is responsible for his/her bag removal from the bus. Please keep luggage to a minimum due to
limited space. No wave boards, golf clubs, or unusually large luggage.
Departures: Students will be dropped off at the Ground Transportation Lot (Designated Terminal A or B). There will
not be an escort available to walk the student to the ticket counter or to the gate.
Arrivals: Students will be picked up at the Ground Transportation Lot (Designated Terminal A or B). Students will be
responsible for their own luggage.
Beacon College is not responsible if the student fails to make the scheduled flight or fails to make the scheduled
departure time from Beacon College to the airport. No refunds.
Refunds: Beacon College does not have the capability to do a make-up trip. If a student is forced to use a
commercial shuttle service due to the AIRLINE’S FAULT, a refund of the $45.00 from Beacon College will be issued to
the student within 10 business days. This is a back-up plan. Once again, there is no refund if the student is at fault
or if the student changes plans and makes other arrangements. NO REFUNDS.
If the flight is delayed by the airline and the student misses the in-house Beacon College Shuttle bus, the student
should call for a local commercial taxi or airport limo service. 1. Airport Bus Shuttle and Lake Limo Shuttle

Reservations are on a “first come” opportunity. Once the bus’s capacity (15 seats) is reached the student will need

Saturday November 21, 2015 at 7:00 a.m. - leaving the Beacon Apartments/Residences and arriving at MCO
(Orlando International Airport) at 8:30 pm. The reservation and $45.00 payment are due to the

Saturday November 21, 2015 at 11:00 a.m. - leaving the Beacon Apartments/Residences and arriving at

responsible for locating alternate transportation and I agree that there is no refund from Beacon College. I agree to
handle my own luggage. I agree to escort myself to the gate or ticket counter. I agree to limit my bags to a
minimum. I agree to be on time. I agree to contact the transportation coordinator, Frank Valentin, at 352-638-9784
if any problems with the flight times occur. I agree to prepay the fee(s). I understand that Beacon College cannot
provide a make-up shuttle trip.
