Eden Energy Medicine is a comprehensive method that addresses the health and vitality of the whole
person: body, mind, and emotions. The physical body has eleven biological systems that work in concert to
support life and there is an intricate network of nine different subtle energy systems that nourish and
support the biological. In these classes, you will be introduced to the subtle energy systems and a variety of
simple yet powerful energy practices. You can use these methods to balance your own energies and suggest
to others for their benefit.
EM101 introduces EEM basics plus many topics that are important for self-care and healing. A daily routine will
teach balancing, harmonizing meridians, the rivers of energy that bathe and vitalize your body and its systems.
This program is for anyone and everyone…no prerequisites or prior experience needed. EM 101 can stand alone or
will prepare you for EM-102
EM102 picks up where EM101 leaves off, offering you important techniques for pain management and stress relief.
You’ll discover Energy Medicine for the Eyes and Energy Testing, a hands-on technique that helps you tune in to the
intricate language of your own body (and that of others). Prerequisite: EM-101.
