Classroom Reservation Guidelines
 No food or drinks (including water) allowed in Tribble Hall A-102, A-103,
A-104, A-208, A-305, B-116, or B-117. (Also, no paint, glue or markers.)
 Turn off lights and equipment as well as lock classroom(s) before leaving each time
during the day and in the evening. This is not only to preserve energy but also to protect the
multimedia equipment from being vandalized or stolen.
 Leave the classroom neat and orderly every day. Return desks to original order.
 Do NOT tape over pictures nor hang anything from blinds or curtains.
 Keys must be returned within 24 hours after the event (or following Monday).
 If a key is lost, there will be a $50 replacement fee for each key.
 Keep noise level to a minimum in hallways and classrooms so as not to disturb faculty
members and/or other classes.
 Keep classroom doors closed at all times as well as the hallway door to Tribble
B-116 and B-117.
 Bathrooms are not to be used to clean up food from skits or events.
 Copy room and work room are not to be used.
 All instructors must have enough materials to accommodate their classes. Inform them to not
ask history faculty to make copies. In the event of an unforeseen, immediate need, please see
Laura Gammons (only) in B-101 and request her assistance. You will be required to pay for
copies.
 Please respect University and History Department property. If damage occurs, your
department, group, or organization will be responsible for all repairs and/or
