Please enquire at reception if you would like to join us
and can give us 1 - 2 hours three times a year.
Missed Appointments in September & October
38 nurses appointments (8½ hours wasted)
23 doctors appointments (3¾ hours wasted)
This results in the following problems:
- Patients precluded from getting the appointment they
want
- Pressure on practice staff booking appointments
- Patients seeking an alternative appointment which
adds pressure to the Out of Hours service and A&E
departments in hospitals.
PLEASE, PLEASE try to avoid missing your
appointment. It is your responsibility to keep the
appointment or cancel in good time so that another
patient can use that slot.
Please also ensure we have your up to date mobile
number to enable us to send a reminder of your
appointment by text.
