MEMBERSHIP SCHOLARSHIP
Undergraduate or Graduate Degree:
NHMGMA is a leadership organization dedicated to professional growth through leadership,
education, and mentoring. As a commitment to this mission, NHMGMA offers a $1000.00
scholarship in educational support.
To be eligible for this scholarship, you must be:

A student enrolled in an undergraduate or graduate degree course that is relevant to
medical practice management; and

A member of the NHMGMA group.
NHMGMA expects a completed application and will not accept responsibility for an incomplete
application, nor will it process an incomplete application.
Below is an application check list:

A letter stating career goals and objectives relevant to medical practice management;

A resume;

Two reference letters commenting on the individual's performance, character, and
potential to succeed;

Documentation indicating acceptance into an undergraduate or graduate college or
university; or

Academic transcript indicating undergraduate or graduate work completed to date.
