Memberships sold day of show $35. Junior 18 and under $2
Membership cheque must accompany entries
Maximum One entry per exhibitor in Sec 8 ,9, & 10
Same horse cannot be shown draft and pleasure

Brood Mare: mare that shows evidence of being in foal or has raised a foal during the current year. Mare with
foal at foot or registration certificate of foal must be provided if foal is not shown

Progeny of Dam – Two animals, the progeny of one dam. Each animal must have shown in its appropriate single
section. Both animals must be owned and registered by the exhibitor.
Get of Sire: Three animals, the get of one sire. Each animal must have shown in its appropriate class. At least
one animal must be owned and registered by the exhibitor.
Best 2 Animals owned by 1 person
Junior showmanship 18 years and under $5. prize to All Exhibitors. ( class will be split for Smallfry)
Lead Line ( 10 & Under)English or Western. Rider and handler must be suitably dressed. Rider showing cannot
show in Haflinger Under Saddle.
Haflinger Under Saddle (Walk Jog) appropriate attire and tack is required for Western, English, or Dressage.

17. Lady Driver ( 19 & over) Single Horse – Lady driver must be suitably dressed. Judged 75% driving ability 25%
dress & appearance.
18. Gentleman Driver (19 & over) Single Horse-Gentleman driver must be suitably dressed. Judged 75% driving
ability 25% dress & appearance.
19. Junior Driver (18 years &under) Single Horse – to be accompanied by a capable driver.

Rules:
1. Nominations postmarked no later than Aug 15,2011
2. All Ontario Haflinger Association Futurity Halfingers must have Canadian Registration or American
Haflinger Registry Numbers
3. All Ontario Haflinger Assoc. Futurity Haflingers must be owned by an Ontario resident
4. All Ontario Haflinger Association Futurity Haflingers must be located on the property of the Ontario
Owner
5. Futurity prizes will be made up to 80% of nomination fees and donations. Prizes will be divided
between filly and colt classes based on the number eligible foals for each class.
6. Competition to be held at Woodstock Fair. Aug 27, 2011.
7. Foals, yearlings, and two year olds may be nominated.
