Early CHOICES and Illinois STARNET are hosting the 3 rd in a series of meetings to hear about High Quality
Inclusion and Models to support Least Restrictive Environment in preschool. This online meeting features
the Itinerant Model applied to Preschool For All and Early Childhood Special Education classrooms.
Administrative and staff leaders will share how they implement Itinerant Models/Services to increase inclusive opportunities for young children in their districts and metro, suburban and rural areas.
Ann McNally, currently Chicago Public Schools, Stock School Principal, has degrees BA and Masters in economics, special education and leadership. Ann carrying a total 20 yrs across early childhood, has also held roles as a preschool blended Teacher for 7 yrs, citywide (Chicago) prek-12, and Assistant Principal.
Michelle Brand, Evanston Early Childhood Special Education Supervisor for the past 3 years, has also worked as a Speech Language Pathologist for 21 years. The JEH Early Childhood Program has been offering inclusive services since 2009.
Lisa Isaak is an ECSE Teacher for Mid-State Special Education Joint Agreement in rural central Illinois.
With a BS in early childhood and a MS in special education, she has facilitated blended/itinerant models in Hillsboro and Panhandle districts, where these models have been in place for 22 yrs.
Leticia Zambuto has a BA in bilingual/bi-cultural ed and a MA in special ed. Working at Chicago Public
Schools in ECSE for over 25 yrs, her 1990 classroom participated in one of the 1st preschool Inclusion
Programs in Chicago. For the past 12 yrs, she has served as a Citywide Itinerant, and at a time of transition, as Itinerant Lead responsible for training/assisting with caseload set up/management.
